Just as words can be used to tell stories and send messages, so can video. Video/film have the potential to create a permanent impact on the hearts and minds of the people who see them. Through video production and film we have the power to pull people from their own worlds and their own story into your world and your story — whether telling a story, documenting your journey, motivating your followers, selling a product, promoting your brand, making people laugh, training your employees, or showing everyone what they missed at your last event.. If a picture is said to be worth so many words, then there's immense power and value in turning life into frames in motion.

    All services can be paid for via: cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, USD Coin, Visa or MasterCard.

  • We hope to make booking as easy as possible. Simply reach out to us with a little information about your shoot. We’ll respond and set up a meeting to get you booked and make sure we know exactly what your desires and expectations are, so that we can exceed them!

    A non-refundable retainer fee is required to book and hold the date for your session, event, or production and may serve as a cancellation fee. At least 50% of the balance must be paid 7 days prior to the day on which the shoot takes place. You may pay your balance in full at the time of the shoot or elect to pay the remaining balance within 2 weeks of when the session/event/production took place or began so long as those arrangements are made at least 48 hours prior to the day of your session/event/production.

  • Cancelations

    If you cancel your shoot you forfeit your booking of the time & date selected, and will not receive a refund of the booking fee. The retainer paid at the time of booking will serve as a cancelation fee or may be applied as a credit to a future booking if made within a week of your cancelation.

    Cancellations may be made over the phone but must also be sent in writing by mail or e-mail. There are no fees for rescheduling. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs, however if we are unable to agree upon a new time and date for your booking the above cancelation rules do apply.

    Liability

    If Revolucent Media cannot carry out your contract due to fire or other casualty, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties including illness of the service provider(s) or emergency then the retainer fee shall be returned; or may be applied to the rescheduling of your booking, or a new session/event/production; Revolucent Media shall have no further liability with respect to the contract.

    Revolucent Media shall also have no liability with respect to the contract in the event that photographic or video files or materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer(s), videographer(s), or editor(s).

  • Revolucent Media does not currently own a studio, but we do offer studio sessions via the use of third party spaces. We will work together to choose the right studio for your needs. Studio sessions have an hour minimum requirement for booking.

    We can also bring the studio to you! With our lighting and backdrops we can turn pretty much any space into your personal professional photography studio.
