We offer a wide range in types of photography, so for nearly any occasion we’re ready for your shoot!

Our photography packages start as low as $250 and include 3-15 edited digital images depending on the type of shoot. That means you’ll only pay for the photos from your shoot if you want extra edits!

All services, and products - such as prints - can be paid for via: cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, USD Coin, Visa or MasterCard.

For headshots you will receive 3-5 edited digital images; for 30 minute photography sessions you will receive 3 edited digital images, and for all other photography packages you will receive up to 15 edited digital images.

Additional selections are available for only $25 per photo.

You will have the option to choose which photos you would like edited or simply have them selected by your photographer.

We hope to make booking as easy as possible. Simply reach out to us with a little information about your shoot, and we’ll respond getting your booking setup and making sure we know exactly what your desires and expectations are, so that we can exceed them!

A non-refundable retainer fee of 30% of your full balance is required to book and hold the date for your session, event, or production and may serve as a cancellation fee. At least 50% of the balance must be paid by the day on which the shoot takes place. You may pay your balance in full at the time of the shoot or elect to pay the remaining balance within 2 weeks of when the session/event/production took place or began so long as those arrangements are made in writing via letter or email at least 48 hours prior to the day of your session/event/production.

Cancelations

If you cancel your shoot you forfeit your booking of the time & date selected, and will not receive a refund of the 30% booking fee. The retainer paid at the time of booking will serve as a cancelation fee or may be applied as a credit to a future booking if made within a week of your cancelation.

Cancellations may be made over the phone but must also be sent in writing by mail or e-mail. There are no fees for rescheduling. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs, however if we are unable to agree upon a new time and date for your booking the above cancelation rules do apply.

Liability

If Revolucent Media cannot carry out your contract due to fire or other casualty, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties including illness of the service provider(s) or emergency then the retainer fee shall be returned; or may be applied to the rescheduling of your booking, or a new session/event/production; Revolucent Media shall have no further liability with respect to the contract.

Revolucent Media shall also have no liability with respect to the contract in the event that photographic or video files or materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer(s), videographer(s), or editor(s).

Revolucent Media does not currently own a studio, but we do offer studio sessions via the use of third party spaces. We will work together to choose the right studio for your needs. Studio sessions have an hour minimum requirement for booking.

We can also bring the studio to you! With our lighting and backdrops we can turn pretty much any space into your personal professional photography studio.
